Beyonce and Jay Z Having Trouble Finding a Home?

For months real estate circles have been buzzing about Beyonce and Jay Z's trouble finding a house within their budget on the West Coast...

Insiders tell TMZ Beyonce and Jay Z have been shopping around for homes in the $100 to $200 million range except they don't want to spend a penny over $80 million.

Bey and Jay are rumored to have a current offer in on a 30k sq ft mansion in LA.

PR crap. They left the east coast for west coast because they could no longer afford the place and couldn't get Blue in none of the top schools. They're just dicking around for now, I don't think they really wanna live in Cali.

They can move into my neighborhood for $250k and up.

I'm really starting to understand why people say what they say about them. You mean to tell me that I'm supposed to believe that anyone can't find a good property for 80 million dollars?? Heck try for 2 million?!

Instead of posting BS stories answering a question we didn't ask. They could try answering why: they don't have the funds to stop making Tidal a sinking ship, Beyonces new network is not up and running, they won't help fund Umar Johnsons new school, JayZ baby mamas aren't getting the back child support they deserve or why Beyoncé has yet to help out her musical daughters, Ailee and Hyorin.

And speaking of money, which bankers did Deray meet with yesterday?

^^^Im wasn't talking about you Snitch, I was talking about Bryonces PR team.

"I'm really starting to understand why people say what they say about them. You mean to tell me that I'm supposed to believe that anyone can't find a good property for 80 million dollars?? Heck try for 2 million?!"

Exactly. How many 80 million dollar homes are there in the US? I bet you can count them. They don't wanna live in Cali Jay a Brooklyn nigga he wanna live in something that rivals Trump Tower, but he don't got the funds right now.

"JayZ baby mamas aren't getting the back child support they deserve"

I wouldn't say that. Him and Bey have been photoed with a couple of his younger kids. Bryshere Gray is doing just fine, and we haven't heard from that Rhymir cat since he threatened to take it to court. I think, like most men, Jay treats his kids based on the relationship he has with the mother.

These two go out of their way to let the world know they are almost billionaires. Whether they're constantly verbally expressing this or they are bombarding us with pictures showcasing their wealth. They always paint the pic as to say money is no object for them. And now we're to believe they are budget shopping? This article only makes me believe they have been living beyond their means and most of what they wanted us to know about them is a flat out lie. As if they've been living large and showing off due to tax write offs and a few IOU's.

Anyway... If any of this is true they are still privileged and living better than most. It would probably benefit them both to come back down to Earth and to sensibly enjoy what they do have. Clearly trying to keep up with a imaginary queen and king image can eventually do more harm than not.

I could not live in one of those huge houses, always gardeners, assistants, housekeepers, nannys and all kinds of folks around.

Anonymous said...

They can always have one built. No?

Just Yvette spreading LIES to throw us off the fact that Beyoncé lives in a modest 5 million dollar renovated mini mansion in Scarsdale NY with dust along the baseboards in their guest bathroom. How do I know? Because her baby announcement party was held there and she invited ppl from the formation tour, one of which was a sound girl and she loves to gossip. The party was the same day she released that gaudy pic on her Instagram. Anyway the only thing that looks modern in the house was the kitchen and foyer. The Windows's look like they're from the 70's Broke azzes

GOogling around and I think ur right they do live in Scarsdale wow, that's where their marriage certificate is an overviews of their house in pics damnnn how this get by me!? Them houses do look old, why can't they afford to upgrade their windows tho lol

Don't know what to believe if we are not their bankers. But when you get money people, invest in assets that will not depreciate so quickly, such as stocks, rental properties, businesses, land. You want to build for your offspring that will be here long after you are gone. I would not dare put over 2 million towards any home to live in even if i was a millionaire. Makes no sense to me.

Even if i was a multimillionaire.

@ 6:50 5 million home is not shabby. I wish they would just be themselves and live their lives for THEMSELVES, NO ONE ELSE. I sense that they will settle in New Orleans and keep the Tribeca place. Cali is not for Jay, for sure. Thank God - dump of a place. Ants running around ... ugh.

WHAT A [LYING] STARLET!!!

If they stayed in a 2 million dollar home, that's more than anyone on this board does. If they are broke, why do they owe it to anyone to announce it? Years ago there was a time when I use to have to make payment arrangements with a utility company but nobody at my job, in my family or let alone strangers knew that. It was none of their business.

Here we go again more fake stories. The Carters can not afford to buy a 80 million or a 120 million dollar mansion. They owe both record labels millions, Tidal is bleeding money, the Nets aren't worth enough to sell, he has already borrowed against his future earnings from his future album and her last for Columbia. Insurance companies won't insure them for a tour because of the Coachella fiasco. Their remaining properties are mortaged to the hilt. The can't even rent in NYC because their afraid of Co-op boards digging into their finances and background. The jewerly has been sold or pawned and the artwork appraisals are low. You can't keep dipping into your foundation money to cover your expenses. There is more to tell but I'll let others spill the tea.

Ok, I finally got someone related to accounting to tell me something and I've just been waiting on this kind of fuckery so I could hold a little tea party.

Now this person is not in Bey's personal world at all. Not into the whole urban music thing. Just does their job and this is what they had to say:
Apparently, they have never seen such a mess. Beyonce still owes money from 4. This person has watched as Beyonce has sunk herself into more debt with each album. Lemonades numbers were the worst. The most spent was on promotion. Bey will never make back the money with what's left of the contract.

Now from what I know, if this is the case, and this person has no reason to lie, Beyonce is going to be touring and making music until she dies. Not because she just loves it so much but because of the debt.
When they said the most money was spent on promotion, I could instantly see how that would be the case.

There are stars who will sell out certain magazines with no problem. Like Jennifer Lawrence on the cover of Vogue. Or Oprah.
Print media is in the fight of its life. Magazines walk a very fine line between profit and loss every month. If they don't think the cover star will sell a lot, they don't print as many as they could. But since the late 00s magazines have become ruthless, 1st the high fashion ones and then the other ones, except the gossip ones.
Basically if the mag has seen poor sales with a particular star on the cover, the next time that star comes asking to be put on the cover, the star will have to cover a good portion of the magazines costs. Basically pay the magazine's publishing house to be on their cover.
Bey does really poor numbers. The truth is that Bey has absolutely no cross-over appeal. She was building it up when her dad was still on her team but since jay took her on this ghetto Bonnie and Clyde ride, white people just don't get her.
Unlike Rihanna, who has exceptional crossover appeal. Global appeal that Bey can only dream of.

So all of this to say, Beyonce and Jay Z are not buying a house anywhere any time soon.
I've got sooo much tea to spill, every body is talking about these two.
Everybody's talking about these two. The industry's laughing at them because they thought they were so high and mighty. Now they are learning the truth.

Someone said Beyonce doesn't have a clothing budget anymore. I think they were just being bitchy but if it's true, that means that Angela's going to have to or has already started selling stuff on EBay. Not the iconic outfits, She doesn't own them. but some other things she's worn. A lot of stars do that.

@1:53 I love your tea! I have posted in here a few times regarding the Carters. What you said about magazines is so true. Vogue lost alot of money with beyonce on the cover certains ads had to be pulled because the companies weren't feeling her. Most of these fashion houses don't want her associated with their brand. Put Rihanna on a cover and it sells. Beyonce will never be fully accepted into fashion world! That order came from K.lagerfeld.

They did have someone try and quietly shop her pregnancy cover to various magazines and shows like Entertainment Tonight and E but everyone said no thanks. That's why she announced it herself and all other pictures are released on her social media. I have more tea but I'll sit back and wait for the fairy godmother. Her tea is always delicious. Waiting for the tea party....

I doubt if while on paymebt plan or before you were throwing your imaginary wealth in peoples faces and using it to down talk and humiliate

These broke uneducated bums are reaping what they have sown and speak for yourself in terms of what your house is worth, lol

And what happened to for die for you smashing the charts, this girl is all hype and her hive all dumb just like her
A mind is a terrible thing to waste

@5:48, I absolutely cosign your post and I thank you. I was appalled by its statement, the audacity of one to make such a pronouncement. Good day.

Oh lord, I've been waiting for all this to come out. About time!!!! *sips tea*

Oprah's home is $50mil. I know they don't think they can live better than her and their COMBINED net worth is less. smh. Get over yourselves.

Anonymous said...

Nobody told them to brag, boast and demean 'broke' haters nobody asked about their bank balance, they are classless and uncultured

They should have been focusing on making good music which we know was not the case, ugh karma can't come fast enough

Wow!!! 2:22, that does make a lot sense

@1:53

Everything you say runs a bell but I have to disagree on Beyonce not have crossover appeal. I say this and I can't stand Beyonce! LOL! She still does but not as much as when her dad managed her. She has become too ghetto and cheap. Mary J. Blige is considered ghetto but even she has more crossover appeal than Beyonce because she is more relatable and more polished in how she presents herself. She makes better music than Beyonce and she is not ashamed of being real and down to earth.

She was so busy trying to out thot RihAnna and with her low intelligence ended up taking it somewhere she never should.have, Lewinsky on my dress, Grammy wet dog performance smh

When trying to compete goes wrong

So sad for them. They have nothing to show for it after all these years. They have to keep working.... I see why she is still with Sony. She has to pay up all of that debt.

Anonymous said...

*rolls eyes* if Oprah cut them a 500 million dollar check, we'd still hear "they are broke, that money paid off their debts".

Beyonce had crossover appeal to a certain degree. I believe she lost what she had when she performed her 'Formation' song at the Super Bowl. Whites didn't take to kindly to the black pride references and began to go in on her. Although I never bought into her black pride showcase because I felt she was doing the so-called in thing/popular thing at the time. Case in point her long flowing blond hair, while the others wore blowout bushes. Not to mention, that song had absolutely nothing to do with black pride but everything to do with her, her man and her baby. When you see or listen to those lyrics it becomes apparent...Just another one of her.. "Me, Mine, and Look at Me" songs. Sadly, so many people fell for that crap and desperately wanted it to mean something to them and their struggles.
So, from there her support began to dwindle down to whatever was left of the Beyhive. Many non blacks checked out. Some even calling her a racist. LOL.

@ 6:28PM

"Me, Mine, and Look at Me" songs. <---and this is why she can NEVER be on the level of Michael Jackson.

And even when she does sing songs about social issues and such, it comes across as disingenuous.

I remember seeing her sing "Halo" along with a piano in support of the Haiti relief fund after the earthquake. And the time she sang "Listen" or "Halo" at the United Nations. She made sure the camera got her climbing the stairs, with the light showing her legs through a see-through dress. And remember that time she sung on BET for Michael Jackson while wearing a onesie and a wedding veil? LOL. Okay, so those latter two examples speak more to her being "extra".

She used African beats and African dance on her "4" album and the songs were about her and her man. Sooner or later you have to move away from the love songs so much and from the self-centered songs to sing to something that can ring even more universal IF YOU WANT TO BE ON MICHAEL JACKSON's LEVEL.

I remember reading somewhere where her fans said one of her songs was akin to Michael Jackson's "Beat It". WHAT? REALLY? LOL!!! "Beat It" was a commentary on bullying and gang violence. Beyonce's "Formation" or "Girls (Who Run the World)", while a call to rally the lady-troops, is moot. Rally them to do what? Rally within whose context? For all of her feminist stances, she yet resides and works within a patriarchal format.

But that's a whole other issue.

Her narrative are mainly about her, her money, no one being on her level, etc.
