Young Thug Sued Over Unpaid Mortgage

Rapper Young Thug sued over repeated failures to pay his mortgage...

From The AJC
A lawsuit filed by Heritage Select Homes, LLC on Wednesday claims the Atlanta-based rapper — whose real name is Jeffrey Lamar Williams — owes more than $2.2 million in house payments.
Documents show that Young Thug, 25, was scheduled to pay a total of $86,500 on Oct. 19; $86,033 on Nov. 19; $150,567 on Dec. 19; and then two more payments of $14,667 in January and February.
On March 19, he was supposed to pay a sum of $2,214,667 on the home, but Young Thug failed to make that payment, according to the lawsuit filed by Atlanta-based firm Knight Johnson, LLC.

I'll post the pics of the house. He would've been better off just doing an ARM mortgage for starters vs a balloon mortgage. Sure, the interest could sky rocket on an ARM too, but nothing like a balloon mortgage. As you see, those payments are NOT indicative of normal mortgage payments.

^^^@10:58 AM I'm assuming he didn't qualify for a fixed rate or adjustable rate mortgage based on his credit.

Anywho, he needs to stop playing and pick up that rubber and ky jelly and make it nasty for his daddy.
