Flint Mayor Wants Public Apology From Steve Harvey

This week Steve Harvey came under fire after making a tasteless joke about the Flint Water Crisis out of anger over the Cleveland Cavaliers loss to the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals [click here if you missed that].

The Mayor of Flint wants a public apology...

His "apology" wouldn't even be good enough for me if I were a resident.

Joke or no joke is not ok, you don't see entertainers doing comedy about the Jewish holocaust and getting away with it, do you? So why should we allow him a pass? That water crisis is serious and affected mostly poor black residents of Flint. The young kids affected will never be healthy, is like they did that shit on purpose to dwindle our numbers. The cavs losing i game doesn't warrant him saying that shit to someone. He should have just did a moma joke and let it go. This trump sniffer is smelling himself and forgetting the community that went to his shows and put him on the map. Fuck steve sambo and his supporters.

@ Your Highness... She was not the Mayor at the time Flint was poisoned. She became the Mayor after the damage was done... Do your due diligence before you say she failed her citizens...

And I want $1,000,000. We'll see if we both get what we want....

You are right on point @11:14 AM. The Mayor should have been aware of the unclean water flowing into the homes of these citizens. A clean environment should always be at the top of list of all mayors.

/\ yeah, but that's not the mayor that was responsible for that. People quick to comment and don't know the facts. SMH. Now I know you people are trolling.

Man, the mayor should be happy that Steve Harvey just gave her another platform to express her concerns about the ongoing crisis in Michigan. Steve Harvey already issued a statement clarifying his statement what she should be doing is saying to the media "Brown glass of water... more like black". If the water in Flint is still brown take the joke and use it to your advantage like the Kardashians. Many people are not even aware of the condition of Flint's water currently as it has been some years since it was first reported.
