Living in NYC drug usage/ addiction is just so rampant it's become almost "normal". I've seen some crazy ish go down. Dude peeing on somebody's car in broad daylight, addicts passed out on he sidewalks and the cops just drive on by, dude high as hell deciding to play on the subway tracks....

Drugs are the devil.

It will only get worse. Think we are headed for another "dark" period. Like the crack era, but for millennials. Trump is the new Reagan, then after him we'll get a more "hip" white man ala Clinton to make up for it.

Thats the problem with Black people. Yall think yall can pray everything away!! Has 400 years of slavery taught you NOTHING?? Get off yo Got damb knees!!

@948
I am praying for you. Every knee will bow and every tongue shall confess. I'm praying for you and ask that God forgives you. You have no clue - God Bless. Stay praying my brothers and sisters. God is still in control, no matter what it looks like. He is still in control. If God doesn't do it, then it will not be done. Peace!

I think your white master taught you to pray wrong. I heard when you get on your knees and bow your head you are praying to Satan. You should probably research it for yourself before you say I'm the crazy one.

Religion is a sickness.

I think so too. It's going to get way worse.
I can't go anywhere without someone begging me for money. Sometimes you have to step over the addicts and homeless living on the sidewalks. The trains at night are basically homeless shelters. Especially the E train. I see discarded needles here and there.....Just sad.

Some people just want to get high. Not that they cant stop, but they dont want to stop. Their kids dont matter, nothing matters but getting to the next high. The euphoric state has become their reality state.

I feel for all of her kids, but your mama is a junkie and is happy that way. As much as it hurts you, thats what shes going to do. You have to decide if you will take it or leave it. But constantly telling her she needs help will only frusturate you and push her away. Stop thinking its a disease and not a choice!

If you are looking for respect you are on the wrong blog. Start your own blog then you can control what comments get published. You dont run shit here sweetie. Save your tears.

This is sad. Frankie and her addiction didn't give her children a chance to become well adjusted adults. I hope she comes back to her kids.

Those drugs are no joke! The drug becomes the pimp, that's sad. I wish her the best.

9:24 I lived at 139th and 8th for 5 years and I never really felt unless (well, I did in Brownsville and shopping on Fordham Road at Christmas.) With all the cops in EVERY neighborhood (especially communities of color as a means of control) I'm curious as to where this is happening? Not trying to pry or call you out, I just can't imagine things have deteriorated that much in 2 years. Are you near The Grand Concourse? That area is stubbornly bad/Never ever gets better.

^^^"Never really felt uncomfortable" rather

I lived for 9 months in the South Bronx near the hub ( 2,5,4 train). I called it the toilet bowl of America.

I lived in East New York for 3 months....You already know how they get down over there. My best living was out on Long Island in Freeport.

I agree with 9:48.
All black people do is,
Pray
March
Sing and
Repeat.
We need to do something else. And don't pray for just me, Non believers, Pray for God to open your damn eyes.
