Lil Wayne Loses Big on Miami Mansion Sale

Two years ago rapper Lil Wayne put his Miami estate up for sale after police were repeatedly sent to his house by 911 pranksters reporting shots fired and hostage situations [click here if you missed that].

The house has finally sold but Weezy lost big...

According to reports the 15,000 square-foot, 9 bedroom home has finally sold for $10 million after dropping the $18 million asking price.

Weezy paid $11.5 million for the home in 2011 and poured millions into renovations including a rooftop skatepark and a shark lagoon.

Some of us are still looking for that 25 cent from underneath our car seat.

Wow, they sure didn't want him in the neighborhood, and he thinks there's no racism? Stay woke!

Again, no one wants to live where a junkie lived. It's not always about racism. Entertainers, rappers especially, aren't the most wholesome of people. Imagine the fluids in that house.

Damn! When did Wayne fall off like this? He was the MAN in the rap game for a while. Did his habit destroy his career? Why is he always in the news for fall off reports and not on the charts? I really want to know what went wrong. This brotha is intelligent as hell and I respect his wordgame.

@11:47

You think Lil' Wayne is intelligent? Don't bring any children into this world.

@ the poster whose obviously too old and removed from Wayne's generation and music to be commenting in this thread:

I had the pleasure of meeting Wayne over 10yrs ago during a forum he participated in at my university. I couldn't believe how well read and insightful he was. He has alot more to offer the world than he has, much like Pac. So when you start typing insults to anonymous folks online, do your research first.

Well, having a rooftop skate-park and a shark lagoon aren't really known to add value to a home.

@1:37

Now, you're comparing him to Tupac. You're just digging the hole deeper aren't you?

Exactly @2:36
What the new owners will pay to have that mess removed & renovated will be in the millions I'm sure. It only makes sense to get that amount knocked off the asking price.

*shrug*

1:12 & 3:40, I agree with you. That poster you were responding to is probably one of those people or paid trolls who will support anyone they perceive as being famous and rich. Ignore it and let it argue amongst itself. You're right I hope it never has children.
