When it rains it pours for Money May...

From Bloody Elbow
Mayweather Promotions was sued in Los Angeles Superior Court for allegedly failing to pay a $260,258.18 balance.
The lawsuit stems from an alleged contract between World Wide Packaging LLC and Bad Medina LLC for “packaging services for certain Bad Medina branded cosmetics.” From approximately May 2014 to March 2017, Bad Medina LLC ordered $883,618.18 in products and services from World Wide Packaging but only made $623,360.00 in payments, per the July 11 lawsuit.
While the allegation may seem to have nothing to do with Mayweather’s company, World Wide Packaging claims Mayweather Promotions was and is the “alter ego” of Bad Medina LLC.
According to the complaint, World Wide Packaging received two money orders and a check for nearly $600,000 from Mayweather Promotions while never receiving a payment from Bad Medina LLC. The complaint describes Bad Medina LLC as a “mere shell” for Mayweather Promotions whose employees allegedly conducted business on behalf of the cosmetics company.
Mayweather’s former girlfriend, Doralie Medina, goes by the nickname Bad Medina and has a cosmetics line under the same name.
