Kanye West Pushes Back Against Class Action Lawsuit

Last year an angry Kanye West fan filed a class action lawsuit claiming he was tricked into subscribing to Tidal after Kanye West released the Life of Pablo album as a Tidal exclusive, but later made it available for free on other music streaming services [click here if you missed that].

Kanye wants the case thrown out...

According to reports Kanye West has filed a motion for dismissal insisting the Tidal version of Life of Pablo is different from versions released on other streaming services, therefore still an exclusive.

The plaintiff is seeking $5 million in damages.

This Kanye looks like he licks windows, so there's no way 'he's' filing anything.

Shouldn't this complaint be forwarded to...ummm Jay and nem? Being slick and conning is his forte. Isn't that why Ye pulled out of Tidal? Just asking...

With no social media and fake card board cut outs, who is speaking for Kanye? Who had him released from Tidal? Who is arranging this tour? Why is Kim so quiet? And why haven't you HEARD Kanye's VOICE???
