Michael Jackson Molestation Case Dismissed

Back in 2014 former child actor James Safechuck filed a civil lawsuit against the Estate of Michael Jackson claiming he was molested by the King of Pop when he was ten years old [click here if you missed that].

The case has been dismissed...

According to court documents obtained by DailyMichael.com, the case was thrown out because the statute of limitations ran out ten years before Safechuck filed his lawsuit and because he sued MMJ Corp and corporations cannot be held liable for the acts of individuals.

Safechuck's original lawsuit was filed five years after Michael Jackson's death.

A similar case filed by former dancer Wade Robeson is still pending [click here if you missed that].

While Michael was living Wade always said Michael was great friend, but after Michael died his story changed. Sad how treacherous some people are.
