^^^Second that! I thought it was just me; everybody's so crazy about this show. I watched 1/2 of one episode and was like, "That's it?!" Don't get the hype, at all.

Spoilers - Don't read this if you haven't seen the last 3 episodes.

Three things:

1. Molly's reaction to the revelation about her parents in Episode 5 was RIDICULOUS. That was way overblown and I can't understand why she wouldn't answer her mother's calls. Bitch, you're a grown up - why are you trippin? #Dumb

2. This Molly & Dro situation. If you're gonna step into an open marriage of FRIENDS (which is crazy), you're just gonna go on what he says? You're not going to talk to his wife???

3. Issa's overreaction to her facial was another weirdly written scene. WTF did you expect? You come in all super ho-style & aggressive, suck his dick and get mad at his release??? Bitch have you seen ANY porn? You're either gonna get it on your face or swallow. Choose one.

I really think the word "nigga" is used waaaaaay too much on the series. Yes - many of us talk this way amongst ourselves, but it really seems excessive.

@10:50 The first season was really good and relatable. The second season just starting back being real life. The first 5 episodes of season 2 was wack.
@10:59 cosign
@11:03 Yep

@ 10:59am. She did to much when finding out about her parents issues. Um your the child, but none of your business.

Dro and Molly: You can tell when they ran into each other at the cupcake shop he was digging on her. Hence, you were child hood friends your now grown ups. She smashed him with not much thought because he was throwing attention her way. Your right she took his word about the open marriage. I dont think you should be part of that situation, First you know them. As you can see she caught feelings for him with a quickness. As you can see he is there for the smashing only. When his wife called he bounced like jack ball.

Issa: WTF was that about, you are sucking him off, you should of had enough dicks in your mouth by now to know the out CUM!!! LOL no pun intended.

I don't know what's up with these Black shows either. POWER has gotten really wack. Bad acting and stupid storylines.

i looooove this show. i have to agree with the 3 points made above. molly should not be in her parents' business, although i do understand having some disappointment with her father. molly should not be with dro knowing that at the end of it all he will still be married! and issa really overreacted with daniel. as if he really thought about it and did it to disrespect her? nah.
i do want her back with lawrence so i'm upset he's about to really get into a relationship with someone else, who of course is non-black. uugh, they have chemistry.

Lawrence has chemistry with every women EXCEPT Issa. Maybe its because we've seen her frustrated with him. I can't see them getting back together tho.

I agree.. it was SO good last season. This season it seems like they're focusing on sex (ONLY). I loved the friendship with Issa and Molly and Lawrence's friend continue to have me rolling. I can only remember 1 or 2 sex scenes last season, though. This season, I had to stop watching because there are shows/episodes/movies FOR porn. This is supposed to be good writing....Meh.

I don't like them having that older Principal racist against the majority in his school. The majority is Hispanic. I don't know ANYONE in that age bracket, especially at that level of profession, be blatantly racist. It's so unbelievably inaccurate and written like The African 1st Generation in US Immigrant that Issa is in real life. Africans always try to paint U.S. Blacks as f-ed up as possible on every platform available. If anything, U.S. Blacks, especially the age of that Principal, who undoubtedly grew up during Dr. King's heyday, are incredibly inclusive and ABSOLUTELY not racist.

That storyline is pissing me off.

On September 23, 2017, We,black people the true Israelites shall be taken away by The Most High Yahawah Chariots and then comes the Nuclear Missiles to America which is the Lake of Fire... Earthquake in America will be great... It's sad that 2/3 of our people will be cut off and die... The Most High Yahawah says in Revelation, come out of her my people... In 2 Esdras America will receive the same plagues as in the Old Egypt...

THIS DOESN'T APPLY TO HAMITES WHICH IS WHO THE MAIN CHARACTERS ARE ON THIS SHOW INCLUDING THE PRODUCER AND THE FAKE JEW

Like the show didn't love it at first it grew on me. Her rapping, they can kill that, she has no skills and it so unnecessary.

How you with a and for 5 years not giving "jobs" and he's faithful that's NOT realistic. If you doing that you know to tell them let me know when you are ready.

I wanted to like this show because Issa Rae is a talented young lady. I just can't relate to any of the characters or story lines.
