Chante Moore Accused of Fraud

R&B singer Chanté Moore accused of knowingly using stolen money to finance her last album...

According to reports two men are claiming they were duped out of $3.6 million, part of which was used to finance Chanté Moore's latest album.

In their lawsuit the men claim their money was used to pay off Chanté Moore's significant personal debt, lavish her with plane tickets and gifts and to finance and market her seventh album, "The Rise of the Phoenix," including inflating her record sales by purchasing the song on iTunes.

The rest of the money was used to open a hair bar in Georgia and buy a house.

The plaintiffs claim Moore knew full well the money was fraudulently obtained when she accepted it.

Chanté Moore has denied the claims and the ruling is pending.
