Rihanna and T.I. React to Keaton Jones Controversy

Earlier this week celebrities reached out to bullied Tennessee teen Keaton Jones who went viral after his mother, Kimberly Jones, uploaded video of him crying about being bullied only to be exposed as virulent racists [click here if you missed that].

Rihanna and T.I. react to the latest revelations...

While T.I. addresses the situation directly hoping compassion will combat Keaton's upbringing, Rihanna simply deleted her post about Keaton altogether and replaced it with children of color who suffered far worse and received much less attention. Cardi B, Snoop Dogg, Plies and Kirk Franklin's posts about Keaton remain online and they have not addresses the issue.

Meanwhile the GoFundMe account for Keaton has been suspended after reaching $60k.

Ok... So it seems as though we were somewhat mislead by what we saw yesterday in regards to Keaton. Now while I still stand by initial standpoint whole heartedly,I also believe in the laws of karma & reciprocity. I've always heard "What make ya laugh'll make ya cry." I'm thinkin this is a true example of that. But I STILL support Lil dude... even IF he's truly being given a taste of his own meds because when it's all said & done... while his family is spewing hatred around him... he himself will be able to speak from experience how much LOVE was shown to him on the gram by the very ones he's been taught to DISPISE!!! That's how we unlearn racism. THAT DONT MEAN GO DONATE NO MONEY THO!!!! I'm completely against ALL THATπŸ™…πŸ½‍♂️!!!!✊🏻✊🏽✊🏾✊🏼✊🏿

Ya'll trying to act conscious now that you got aired out? And you're only reacting/posting about the stories of our sweet little black girls committing suicide cause you heard about it on the internet the last few days in the backlash.

LATE, gullible as f*ck and caping for YT as usual.

I am not black nor white but I can see what you guys mean when you say some of these black people stay condoning. I had read about the little girl in pony tails committing suicide and said a litttle prayer. None of these so called celebrities said a damn thing about either one of them. White little kids cries and people are falling over each other trying to comfort him. Fuck that idiot he is getting what he deserves. JasonSantoro

Those little girls killed themselves. It was too late for any celebrity to do anything for them.

I troll it like I see it. said...

This is what happens when you jump on every damn bandwagon without doing the research. Rihri posting on that little black girl is late, should have been her instead of inbred baby shreck and his inbred trailer park momma.

Yes, this is why you check into things first before you cosign on it. Bullying is a terrible thing, and children need to be protected against it, and educated about it. I'm glad this info about the racist mother came out. Keep your money in your pocket. Wendy was saying to pay for the kids college costs. That's not happening because this kid may grow up to be just as racist as the mother, or worse due to these experiences, and my money won't be used to pay for his education. Let Wendy, and these other ignorant celebs, get suckered into doing that. No thanks!

Good for them both. I'm glad they are using their platform the right way!
