Venus Williams Will Not Face Charges in Fatal Car Crash

Earlier this year pro tennis player Venus Williams was involved in a fatal car crash in Florida [click here if you missed that].

Venus has been found not at fault...

From CBS Miami
A final decision has come from police after a local tennis star was involved in a fatal car accident.
No charges will be filed against tennis star Venus Williams or the other driver for a crash in June that fatally injured the other driver’s husband, police said Wednesday.
The Palm Beach Gardens police report said an unidentified third vehicle illegally cut off Williams as she tried to cross a busy six-lane highway near her home, setting off a chain of events that ended with a sedan driven by Linda Barson, 68, slamming into the passenger side of Williams’ SUV.

Good. Didnt make any sense that she was charged in the first place.

So happy for her, now she can continue to build her legacy...She is the reason women tennis players make millions of dollars on the tennis court. It took young, black and gifted to shake up the establishment!

Glad there are no criminal charges, but I promise the man's money hungry wife will bring civil wrongful death charges against her. Hopefully, Venus wins that case.
