Martin Returning to TV?

Last night Martin Lawrence hinted everybody's favorite 90s sitcom may be coming back...

The buzz started after Martin Lawrence posted a picture of the cast on Instagram using very revealing hashtags.

Later his fiancée went ahead and spilled the beans with Martin appearing to approve with emoji eyes.

i think he just trying to put it out there since so many shows are coming back. Will not work without all of them. We need Tommy! And how Gina gonna work with him after what she said he did.... But I did hear her and her husband (Will Smith's BF) need money so I am sure she would do it.

Bring back living single instead and call it living married .

Nope. Sorry Marty Mar; love you, but can't have "Martin" without 'Tommy'. The show was all about the amazing ensemble cast. Add to that all the mess Martin & Tischa went thru; I just don't see it. Time's passed.

@ 8:08 Tisha Campbell probably lied. If she comes back than that’s validation she told that phony story in order to leave the show.

Nobody wants to watch some bloated ass has-beens trying to re-create 90's magic. I LOVE this show with all my heart and I was sad when it went downhill in the last few seasons because of the rift between the cast members.

Tracey Morgan ain't coming back. Some of those funny old ladies are unfortunately no longer with us. This would be a mess. Leave it where it is. Its a classic.....please don't ruin it!!!!

I see their (Martin & Living Single) reruns all the time on Directv. Martin doesn't even talk to Tisha Campbell because of her sexual harassment accusations.
Interesting to see how this plays out....

Before anyone try to come for me about the accusations, do your research. I said nothing about her being in the #metoo movement.

Bring back Half and Half.

Tisha needs a job their real estate holdings aren't doing well. Honest wouldn't want this rebooted it wasn't a positive role model show. All of them need money no of their careers really took off except for Martin now Kevin Hart took over for him.

Man i hope a reboot dont tarnish this shows legacy

Didn't miss it. Never cared for it.

There was once talks before Tommy died that the show was going to come back. They said they would replace Tisha with Ashanti. That wouldn't have worked out at all.

They can keep that mess.

As long as Martin on there it will still be a hit. So tired of folks acting like a show can't go on without Tommy or Gina. Yea they were great characters, but the show was about MARTIN. Did people forget he played most of the characters people loved on there anyway? Heck, they can reboot and just say Tommy died at work and Gina left him and both he and Gina have moved on. Shit, he can even move on for a little while with Miss. Trinidad. Or bring in Naomi Campbell for a moment and just let Martin be a bachelor for a while until he finds a new love interest the audience loves seeing him with.

@6:34pm I agree, a long as they have some of the cast members and maybe infuse with some new ones it should be fine. Its about bring a breather of fresh air. Its like the reboot of Full House, some of the old characters are still there or show up from time to time, but there are new cast members and new story lines. The Sister/Sister reboot I don't think will go anywhere but Martin was more successfull and had big impact on culture in the 90's. I can actually see this coming back. But I do agree that lately Hollywood wants to reboot everything back. It like they can't come up with an original concept or idea.
