Niecy Nash Cuts Up at the SAG Awards

This week Sterling K. Brown made history as the first African American to win outstanding male actor in a drama series for his role on 'This Is Us' at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

SAG award presenter Niecy Nash nearly stole his moment while presenting the award...

Congratulations for being acknowledged by the YT PPL. We know black folks don't run that shit.

I will be glad when the cold shoulder look goes out of style. It's everywhere and I'm already sick of looking at it. This spring and summer are going to be brutal.

What's up with the Coon comments on every post a black person wins something. Black people get acknowledged by their own on a show, it doesn't mean anything because it's only for black people.

Black people win an award on a white show, it doesn't mean anything because white people giving you scraps.

I don't see not one community of black people prospering, sharing their skills to enhance shit. Walking around with your name brand this and that but don't have a pot to piss in. Where are the prosperous black homeowners? Trying to get away from the jealous hearted ass negroes who do nothing better but to bring down your own.
This is why black men like Lil Wayne tacky ass don't care about Black Lives Matter when you have to defend yourself from your own hating ass people.

@11:20 Thank You Thank You. You just can’t win with some black people. It’s damn if you do and damn if you don’t.

Now I want every mothafucka who shows up for the SAG, the Oscars, and the Emmys, also be there for the NAACP awards. Hollywood's branch of the NAACP was there during DW Griffith's Birth of A Nation, they would picket the studios and tore down walls that were nailed shut. The least these celebs could do is support that legacy. Same on them for not respecting it and only having their photos in place when they win. Want us to show up for you, show up for us.

His reaction brought tears to my eyes. Good for him. Good for her. Plenty of joy to go around.
