They say the new producers on The Wendy Williams Show have asked Wendy to tone it down a bit.
The producers want to appeal more to Middle American Mom [Read: the audience soon to be left hanging by Oprah] and have instructed your girl to be a little less "Wendy".
That shit ain't about to happen...

ReplyDeleteIf they ask her that then she needs new producers. Her original audience will not be back and there's no gaurantee that middle america will even like her toned down. Secretly I think middle america likes her just fine. Her audience seems pretty diverse.

ReplyDeleteSince I never got the chance to hear the Wendy on radio I only heard how good she was. As far as her TV show she sucks and trust I have given it a try more than once. Most of the so call news is old and she's not a bold as she use to be. Rupaul could do the same thing only better.

ReplyDeleteI'm from NYC and has been listening to her since day one. She can tone it down because she's s professional. Knowing a bit about marketing, I don't know if this is going to work. Wendy has always been over the top. Asking Wendy to tone it down is like taking the "W" out of Wendy. Good luck with that.
