Chris Brown has spoken with New York Police Dept. detectives about the bar fight that left a gash in his chin ... and law enforcement sources tell us his lawyer has given the NYPD "physical evidence" which allegedly shows Drake was involved in the melee.
We're told Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, went to the NYPD late today to present evidence showing that Drake and Meek Mill were the aggressors, but earlier in the day Chris spoke with Detectives at an undisclosed location in NYC. Cops tell us Chris is not currently a suspect but rather "a witness and a victim." We're also told Drake is not currently a suspect.

Keeping your mouth closed and not "snitching" is what's causing so many people to be killed daily in Chicago and other places all over this country. How does it make sense to keep your mouth closed and have a killer living next door to your kids, mother, etc.? I bet you if a killer was living next door to a yts in a yt neighborhood, the cops would know. Black people really need to do better because the violence in the black community will not stop unless people start taking a stand and stop having these community activists go on TV trying to make a name for themselves. You live in the neighborhood --- make a stand --- and stop letting the yt media portray you and other blacks as animals on a daily basis.

@10:25 am, I totally agree with you. I was born and raised in Camden, NJ, and too many have died due to this no snitching trash! My nephew was murdered in his own home and so many knew who were involved but said nothing. I hate this no snitching mentality! And that's my rant for today! Regular snitching is when you are witness to something else that happened (usually of a personally non-life threatening nature) like, you see a bunch of people coming and going from your neightbors house and you call the Beasts (police).
If someone hurts you directly or does something that can impact your pursuit of life, and you tell on them, THAT is not snitching. That is common sense.
The term snitching is usually reserved for illegal activity and trappin. People who subscribe to this mentality don't trust police and use street code to govern their activity. They don't believe a 15 year to life sentence in jail fits the crime. Sometimes an azzwhoppin does the trick. HEnce, the "hoodrat" activity. It's just tribal punishment. The offender is usually allowed back outside and into his/her neighborhood shortly after the action.
