Usher Draws on Real Life Pain for New Single

Usher released the video for his new single 'Numb' and draws on his real life experiences for the video...

The video begins with a clip from the Berlin show where Usher broke down on stage.

In a voice over Usher says,
"I felt like a failure, hopeless, paralyzed, numb."
The Berlin incident was famously used against Usher in his bitter child custody battle by his ex-wife Tameka Raymond as the basis for her argument that Usher was an unfit parent and a drug user [click here if you missed that].

Throughout the video Usher is shown interacting with two young boys about the same age as his two sons with Tameka Raymond.

There's also shot of Usher cuddling up next to a woman in a hospital bed that looks strikingly similar to Tameka, reminiscent of the time Tameka suffered a cardiac arrest in Brazil after a lipo procedure gone wrong [click here if you missed that].

Shots fired. He needs to take his court win and shut up already. He should have put in there how his momma told him to leave that girl alone in the first place. He made a choice and dominoes started falling after he made his decision to be with her. I don't feel sorry for him.

Usher's problem is that he has Mommy AND Daddy issues. He needs to get therapy for them or he is going to keep remaking the same mistakes over and over. Even though he isn't as bad as Steebie his issues are going to grow and get worse. I always thought that he loved Tameka. But Usher looks like the type that can manipulated by women.

Usher is always in the same types of relationships. Women who are well over his age, already have a kid(s) and who end up trying to run his life. It's like he lets them play the mommy role and then he flips out when he wants to be respected as a man. Once again, this is why I don't fuck with men who have mommy and daddy did me wrong syndrome.

  9. I agree 2:37. Every time he does any album he always does it on the back of a breakup. 8702, Confessions, and Raymond v. Raymond. Usher is the most bitch male of 2012 in my opinion.

@3:44 Reality sells when people are rooting for you to win, but at this point, it's like he's purposely making a mess out of his life and relationships just so he can have material for a new project. Shit feels forced, inauthentic and contrived at a certain point.

Usher's pain is real. I cried when he sung "Gone too soon" at Michael's funeral.
    That brotha is real.

@9:53pm Nothing real about Usher except his severe Oedipus Complex, his manipulation, and his obsession with Tameka. He is talented, but dirty as hell.
