Back in August "Moesha" star Marcus Paulk was arrested on domestic battery charges for brutally attacking his then girlfriend after a night out at the club [click here if you missed that].
Marcus just struck a plea deal to avoid jail time...
According to TMZ Marcus Paulk pleaded no contest to one count of battery and agreed to attend a year long domestic violence treatment program in exchange for having four other charges dropped and jail time taken off the table.
The former child star must also stay 100 yards away from his ex.
