Ja Rule Personally Owes $3 Million for Fyre Fest

Last month rapper Ja Rule and partner Billy McFarland were accused of fraud after their 'luxury' Fyre Music Festival in the Bahamas spectacularly crashed and burned [click here if you missed that].

Turns out Ja is personally on the hook for $3 million over the debacle...

According to reports a new lawsuit has been filed in Manhattan Supreme Court claiming a $3 million loan was issued to Ja Rule by New York-based EHL Funding LLC to finance the event.

The lawsuit claims $1 million has been paid back but then the payments stopped in April.

The full balance is due May 31.

Meanwhile there are six other lawsuits pending regarding the failed music fest.
