Rapper DMX facing jail time on tax evasion charges...
According to reports DMX has already turned himself in after being hit with 14 counts of tax evasion.
The U.S. Attorney's office in New York is accusing the rapper of hiding and underreporting $1.7 million in income dating back to 2000.
DMX is facing 44 years in prison if convicted.
