Bill Cosby's Lead Attorney Steps Down


Bill Cosby will have to face retrial for sexual assault without his current lead attorney...
 
According to reports Bill Cosby's lead attorney, Brian McMonagle, has filed to withdraw from the case.

Cosby is being retried for drugging and sexually assaulting Temple University employee Angela Constrand after the first case ended in a mistrial [click here if you missed that].

McMonagle joins Marty Singer, former Assistant U. S. Attorney Christopher Tayback and Monique Pressley in attorneys who have abandoned ship Cosby.

The retrial date is set for November 6, 2017.
