Back in November Tyrese Gibson was awarded joint custody of his 10-year-old daughter Shayla after a bitter child custody battle with his ex-wife Norma Gibson [click here if you missed that].
Now Tyrese wants full custody...
According to reports Tyrese Gibson just filed legal docs requesting full primary custody so he can move Shayla from LA, where she lives with her mother, to Atlanta where he lives with his new wife Samantha Lee.
Tyrese argues his house is bigger, he lives in a better neighborhood and Shayla would have access to better schools if she lived with him, plus he and Shayla can move freely in Atlanta because there's no paparazzi
The docs also accuse Norma of hindering Tyrese's relationship with Shayla.
The case is pending.
