Back in May bodyguards for rappers Cardi B and Offset attacked an over zealous autograph seeker outside the Mark Hotel following the Met Gala [click here if you missed that].
Now the Mark is suing Cardi and Offset...
According to reports the Mark Hotel in New York filed a lawsuit against Cardi B and Offset claiming they should be held liable for any damages awarded from a lawsuit filed against the hotel by the victim.
The victim is also suing the couple.
