Back in August former Basketball Wives LA cast-mate Sundy Carter accused local Philadelphia comedian Demetrius "MeechiHoe" Green with drugging and raping her and posting the video online [click here if you missed that].
MeechieHoe has been arrested...
According to reports MeechieHoe was arrested in Philly last month and charged with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image, possession of any instrument of crime with intent to employ it criminally and harassment, all misdemeanors.
Meechie was not hit with the more serious charge of rape because the the D.A. did not feel there was enough evidence to support the claim.
