Back in July rapper T.I. was charged with assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after a dust-up with the security guard at his then estranged wife's subdivision [click here if you missed that].
T.I. catches a break...
According to reports the assault charge against T.I. has been dropped.
The rapper still faces three counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and one count of misdemeanor public drunkenness.
