Rapper Bow Wow, who was conspicuously missing from the lineup, explains why he's not on the tour...
Bow Wow tells his fans via Instagram Stories,
"I know everybody want to know why I'm not going on the tour and this, that and the third...it never was brought to my attention. I got a lot of big plans for 2019, I'm not really into doing a lot of things that was done in my past."
