On Saturday Nicki Minaj canceled the second show on the Nicki WRLD Tour just minutes before showtime, after some fans waited for over five hours, blaming the venue for not being able to provide the electricity necessary to put on her elaborate stage show.
The concert promoters shut down Nicki's claims while video from fans inside the venue in Brastislava shows MANY empty seats...
