Three years ago Miss Robbie of "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" fame sued her son Tim Norman after accusing him of stealing the trade secrets from her restaurant to open a competing restaurant on the other side of St. Louis [click here if you missed that].
Now Tim is being sued for back rent on his restaurant in Houston...

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kensinger Properties filed a lawsuit against Tim Norman and the company behind Sweetie Pie’s Restaurant.
The suit says Norman took out a lease with the company for a property in Houston, where the Sweet Times by Sweetie Pies restaurant was previously located.
The company accuses the reality star of breaching the agreement and claims he owes a total of $254,019.76 in back rent and other unpaid fees.
They are suing for the unpaid balance plus interest.
