Last month an arrest warrant for criminal damage to property was issued for Migos rapper Offset after he slapped a cellphone out of the hands of a fan who was video taping him in a local Walmart [click here if you missed that].
The charges have been dropped...
According to reports the charges against Offset were dismissed after the victim decided not to proceed with the case.
The two are said to have reached an agreement.
