Over the weekend Cardi announced two back-to-school giveaways featuring her sister Hennessy Carolina in Highbridge and her best friend Star Brim in Brooklyn.
Apparently the NYPD spoke the Brooklyn school here Star Brim was suppose to go and scared the principal into shutting down the event.
