Earlier this week an arrest warrant was issued for Joseline Hernandez, and she lost temporary primary custody of her daughter Bonnie Bella, after Stevie J accused her of taking Bonnie to California when they were supposed to have a custody exchange in Miami [click here if you missed that].
Joseline wants the ruling reversed...
According to reports in new filings Joseline claims Stevie J knew she was working in California when he went to the courts and obtained the warrant and denies his claims that she keeps him from seeing their daughter.
Joseline wants the warrant set aside and primary custody restored immediately.

She's suppose to be doing a reality show but I still think she was playing games with the custody.
Apart from keeping their daughter away from steebie, there is no indication that Joseline in a bad mother. Quite the contrary; she seems to be a loving, doting and attentive mother.
I have a feeling steevie did some underhanded shit to have this done so out of the blue.
i think she is playing with Stebbie too and I also don't think Joseline is a bad mother, other than the custody games.
but I can kinda feel her on that but not really, cause she laid up with the man when he already had children and lived this same deadbeat father life...so not really, stop with the games honey...
Joseline will always try and hurt Steebie she's bitter that he has moved on from her and obviously is still in love the baby momma on the show (sorry her name escapes me) and has married Faith. He chose everyone except Joseline and she thought she was his best catch. I think she will always try and be a monkey wrench until she matures and overcomes.
Let's not forget how blatantly she disrespected his other daughters. She thought Steebie was stupid and realized her place when he wouldn't allow her to dis his daughters.
Why does he want to raise the child? Did he raise the other 50ty kids.
He don't want to pay that child support.
