R Kelly Removed From Solitary Confinement


Last week attorneys for R. Kelly filed a motion to have him removed from solitary confinement calling the treatment cruel and unusual punishment [click here if you missed that].

The motion has been granted...

According to reports Kellz was moved to general population on Tuesday with special precautions taken to insure his safety.

Along with being allowed 10 non-attorney visits instead of just one, R. Kelly may now also have rec time with the other prisoners in the yard.

 R. Kelly is being held without bond and facing 18 counts of sexual misconduct.
