Back in March openly gay author Masin Eljié filed a civil lawsuit against LA Lakers Dwight Howard accusing Dwight of pressuring him to sign a non-disclosure agreement after their relationship turned sour [click here if you missed that].
Masin fails to provide proof of his claims...
According to reports Dwight Howard's legal team have filed for a dismissal in the case after Masin failed to provide proof of his claims that Dwight was “in everyone raw” at “transgender sex parties” or that he’d threatened, offered money to sign a nondisclosure agreement or sexually harassed Masin in any way.
The ruling is pending.
