This week actor Stacey Dash was arrested in Pasco, Fl after she was accused of pushing, slapping and scratching her husband of one year, attorney Jeffery Marty [click here if you missed that].
No charges will be filed...
According to reports the prosecutor has decided not to pursue the case because there is no way of proving Stacey caused the single visible scratch on her husband's arm.
It was Stacey's husband who bailed her out of jail and he also refused to press charges [click here if you missed that].
