Kevin McCall Arrested After Live Streaming Fight at Court House with Deputy Sheriff

Troubled R&B singer Kevin McCall was due in Fulton County family court yesterday for a child custody hearing with his ex-girlfriend, reality star Eva Marcille, but instead he got into a fight with a deputy sheriff and ended up in jail...

It all started when Kevin began live streaming from the courthouse telling his 5-year-old daughter Marley he was coming for her. Later you hear a deputy sheriff telling Kevin he's not allowed to record inside the courthouse and things go left from there.

According to reports Kevin and the deputy got into a tussle that ended with the two of them tumbling down an escalator.

Neither person was hurt but the sheriff's glasses were broken in the melee.

Kevin was arrested and charged with felony second-degree criminal damage to property and misdemeanor charges of obstruction, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and simple assault.

He is being held in the Fulton County jail on $9,500 bond.
