According to reports Tavarez pleaded 'No Contest' to felony domestic violence charges and was sentenced to 300 days in jail, five years probation, 52 weeks of domestic violence classes, and ordered to stay away from the victim for 10 years.
Tavarez is accused of slapping, choking, biting and head butting his girlfriend of two month during an explosive argument inside his apartment. She was later treated for a concussion.
