Last year Spice Girl Mel B accused her ex-husband, Stephen Belafonte, of using their 8-year-old daughter Madison as a conduit to emotionally abuse her [click here if you missed that].
Now Stephen is gunning for full custody...
According to reports Stephen, who already has primary custody of Madison, recently filed legal docs seeking full legal and physical custody.
Stephen accuses Mel of abandoning Madison after she moved to the UK to live with her mother and claims the pop star constantly tries to pump Maddie for damaging information about him when they are together. Stephen claims Mel is verbally abusive and that Madison is afraid of her.
Stephen wants Mel granted supervised visitation and only in LA.
