Carl Crawford Moves to Block Megan Thee Stallion New Music Release

This week Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion was granted a restraining order against her record label after accusing them of refusing to allow her to release any new music [click here if you missed that].

Not so fast...

According to reports 1501 Records CEO Carl Crawford filed a motion to dissolve Meg's restraining order arguing she agreed to settle any disagreements through arbitration, not the courts, in her contract.

Crawford also claims Meg has been booking gigs without the approval of 1501, another violation of her contract, and insist they retain final approval on music releases, as stated in her contract.

1501 demanded an emergency hearing after Meg announced she was dropping new music on Friday.
