Gayle King Stands Behind Kobe Bryant Interview

Last month rapper Snoop Dogg was forced to apologize to Gayle King for calling her a funky dog head b-word, after she pressed Kobe Bryant's friend Lisa Leslie about his 2003 rape allegation in an interview barely a week after his tragic death in a helicopter crash [click here if you missed that].

Gayle defends her actions and says you don't have to agree with her, but you will NOT disrespect her...

After insisting she meant no harm, Gayle King tells Oprah,
"You may disagree with the story, you may disagree with the way I do the story but there's just no way...it's just not fair or OK to be as vulgar and as hateful as I experienced....You can be mad at me, but you can't speak to me the way that I was spoken to."
