Two Arrested for Murder of Jam Master Jay

Back in 2002 Jam Master Jay, the DJ for Hip Hop pioneers Run DMC, was gunned down inside his recording studio in Jamaica, Queens in an unsolved case.

This week two of Jay's associates were indicted for his murder...

Queens residents Karl Jordan and Ronald Washington have been charged with the murder of Jam Master Jay over a drug deal gone wrong.

According to reports Jam Master Jay acquired 10 kilos of cocaine and enlisted Jordan, Washington and others to distribute it in the Maryland area. After Jay had second thoughts about Washington and cut him out of the deal, Washington and Jordan conspired to kill him.

Ronald Washington is already in jail on robbery charges but Karl Jordan was arrested and taken into custody on Sunday.
