Last month a snippet from an unreleased track by Dr. Dre leaked online where he appears to call out his estranged wife Nicole Young for demanding a huge chunk of his empire in their messy divorce [click here if you missed that].
Apparently Nicole sees the song as a threat...
According to reports Nicole Young was denied her request for an emergency domestic violence restraining this week after claiming Dr. Dre's leaked song was a thinly veiled threat because he called her a greedy bitch and a perjurer.
The motion was denied for insufficient evidence.
