It all started after Young Jeezy got arrested on South Beach for getting into a street fight and then having a separate shoot-out with the people who caught the altercation on video [click here if you missed that].
We've been through a lot since then and I wanna thank everybody who's been rocking with us whether we've been your favorite or your most hated, the clicks add up the same.

ReplyDeleteI started reading this blog in 2007. The first article I remember reading had something to do with the BET awards back then. Anyway, it's been a bumpy ride reading this blog. I've read some very intelligent posts on here, but have also read some very ignorant ones too. It seems like most of the trolls have moved on, so this blog is peaceful again. What keeps me coming back is that there may be news reported here,that I won't see reported anywhere else. So keep up the good work and happy 15th anniversary.

ReplyDeleteCongrats ! I'm 30 now and i found this blog in my sophomore yr of HS. I didn't understand the blind items because I didn't follow celebrities but I loved to read them. This blog became my daily routine. I remember my Aunt told me to move so she can read what I was reading and use to have me pull up this site, long story short I got her hooked to rws. I remember the regular commenters on here like R in Nyc, Bee Gee ( I wonder what happened to him) and niyahbing.I remember the side columns with the list of other blogs I use to click on and visit, this site introduced me to Hollywood and celebrity gossip in general. All I knew about celebrities personal life were magazines that I didn't buy lol. For my college english course we had to write a daily journal with this site and the only reason I knew about blogs n how to work it was because I visit rws smh lol. I learned alot from a teen to now from rws along with the comments, whether it was about certain cities to not visit in certain States , financial assistance , what not to put up with in relationships etc. I know that sounds crazy because it's a celebrity site but the comments, the post also helped me a lot. It felt like family. Thank You.
