Baby Blue is preparing to plead guilty...
According to reports Blue is scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court on June 9 where he is expected to enter a guilty plea on one count of conspiracy to commit fraud.
Baby Blue, who is still recovering from being shot during a botched robbery outside a Florida bowling alley [click here if you missed that], is facing up to five years in federal prison at sentencing.
