DMX's Fiancée Loses Bid to Administer His Estate

Last month the elder children of rapper DMX all applied to be the administrators of his estate after the rapper died without a will [click here if you missed that].

The mother of DMX's youngest child, and his fiancée at the time of his death, loses her bid to jump the line of succession...

According to reports Desiree Lindstrom was just shot down in court after filing a motion to be recognized as his common-law-wife which would have put her ahead of his children as the administrator of his estate.

Administrators of the estate must be at least 18-years-old

Desiree and DMX share a two-year-old son and the rapper has 14 other children.
