Nicki Minaj's Husband Suing to Have His Name Removed From Sex Offender Registry

Last week news leaked that Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth 'Zoo' Petty, were being sued by the woman he was convicted of sexually assaulting as a teen for harassing her after she refused to recant her story to help him beat charges of failing to register as a sex offender in LA [click here if you missed that]. 

Now Zoo is suing to have his name taken off the registry without her help...

According to reports Kenneth 'Zoo' Petty is suing the State of New York and its Criminal Justice System to have his name taken off the sex offenders registry because he was never notified about a hearing where he could have challenged his risk level back in 2004 because he was in jail.

 Zoo claims the notice was sent to an address he did not live at and the signature waiving his rights was a forgery. 

Zoo claims his inclusion on the New York sex offenders registry has caused him humiliation and financial loss.
