Judge Rules Against T.I. and Tiny in Defamation Lawsuit

Back in March Sabrina Peterson filed a defamation of character and invasion of privacy lawsuit against her former friends, Xcsape singer Tiny Harris and her husband rapper T.I., after an explosive online spat triggered by Sabrina accusing T.I. of holding a gun to her head [click here if you missed that]. 

Sabrina just moved one step closer to her day in court...

Back in June T.I. and Tiny filed a motion to dismiss Peterson's lawsuit because, according to them, her reputation was ruined long before their messy public clash [click here if you missed that]. 

Welp, last Tuesday a judge denied their motion and ruled Sabrina can move forward with her lawsuit after proving "probability of prevailing" her claims.
