Recently I had a lot of stress and I didn’t know how to cope with it, I began to sleep badly and this terrible feeling accompanied me all day. My anxiety and anger began to be influenced by the environment, which advised me various medicines. I decided to try CBD gummies and it really started to help me sleep better, so it's possible to improve my mental health.

I don't know if they're talking about the same effects, but I can tell you that for me, shrooms helped manage stress and anxiety. Keep in mind though that it's not tasty at all, and you might want to try one of these shrooms products from this site www.shrooms-online.net. they are much easier to take and give the same effect, so there is no difference.
