Supreme Court Upholds Bill Cosby Overturned Conviction


Last year prosecutors in Pennsylvania filed a motion asking the Supreme Court to review the ruling to uphold a previous agreement to not prosecute Bill Cosby, allowing him to go free after serving three years of a ten year sentence after being convicted of sexual battery [click here if you missed that].

Bill Cosby will remain free after the U.S. Supreme Court announced today that they will overturn the ruling or review the case.
“This is truly a victory for Mr. Cosby, but it shows that cheating will never get you far in life, and the corruption that lies within Montgomery County District’s Attorney Office has been brought to the center stage of the world," spokesperson Andrew Wyatt said.
