Kanye West has a nasty habit of sampling music first and asking for permission later, usually after getting caught [click here here and here if you missed that].
Now Ye is being sued by a Texas pastor for sampling his sermon without permission for the Donda album...
According to TMZ Bishop David Paul Moten claims Yeezy used 70 seconds of his sermon, looped throughout the song 'Come to Life,' and accuses Ye of "willfully and egregiously sampling sound recordings of others without consent or permission."
Moten is suing suing UMG Recordings, Def Jam Recordings and G.O.O.D Music for unspecified damages.
