No Charges for Kanye After Fan Assault

Back in January Kanye West attacked a fan in LA knocking them to the ground [click here if you missed that]. 

Yeezy will NOT be facing any charges...

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office tells us, "After a thorough and careful review of all the evidence, our office is declining to file based on no reasonable likelihood of conviction."
